Cancelation / Refunds
If the course you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 30 days of your purchase of the course, that Hustle Buddies credit/refund your account. We reserve the right to apply a credit or a refund, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment processing partners or the platform from which you purchased your course (website, mobile or TV app). No credit or refund is due to you if you request it after the 30-day guarantee time limit has passed.

After 30 days, you are required to pay the remainder of the balance due, regardless of what payment plan you have selected. Any failure to do so gives Automate Academy complete right to press charges.
At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our credit/refund policy, we reserve the right to ban your account and to restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to a course due to your violation of these Terms, you will not be eligible to receive any credit or refund.
All courses / pieces of training are delivered to the member through a password protected membership area. The Company shall maintain a Membership Area that will include video, audio and/or written lessons, and other training and support information. You shall have access to this Membership Area for as long as the Membership Area exists. In the event that Company intends to close the Membership Area, it shall provide clients with a 30 day notice and the ability to download the resources contained in the Membership Area, which is what is referred to as “Lifetime Access” in our marketing materials.
Company has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Company of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.
Any claim relating to Companies web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
As an Instructor, You represent, warrant, and covenant that: No Submitted Content shall infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property right of a third party. But, if instructor use HEVC compression, it's the instructor's responsibility to pay the royalties to the MPEG-LA, the owner of HEVC patents as appropriate.
